A great location for the old town and very helpful and friendly staff

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! We always stay here when catching an early morning flight from Chopin Airport. The reception staff are very helpful, they provide a free shuttle to the airport. We had to return the hire car at the airport the day before we flew and they even provided the shuttle to bring us to the hotel. The rooms are superb, clean and very comfortable.

The Haston Old Town is brilliant… the staff were very helpful and when asked a questioned answered with care in their tone, hotel and rooms are spacious and very clean… it is great and a brilliant restaurant outside the front door maye 130 meters which I enjoyed the food and vibe.. a great stay and I shall be back… thank you… Jonnie

We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lodz. Helpful staff, who all speak good English. This was our 6th stay at Andels and we'll be back in the summer for another long weekend.

A superb hotel, it's positioning is perfect. Is at the edge of the marvelous Old Town & the whole area looked amazing with all the Christmas lights. Christmas Markets were good. Buses ran nearby & the metro was about a 5 minute walk away; plus the trams, all public transport was good. Museums are very good and explanations are in Polish & English. Clean and comfortable, the only bad thing is the poor WiFi

Everything was just fantastic - we had the Chalet Suite which I highly recommend to families travelling with children. The kids club is great - my children were so sad to leave on the last day and rushed to say their goodbyes to the team. We have stayed at this hotel in Warsaw several times, and it has always been a great experience! The location is fantastic, just a minute away from the airport, making it incredibly convenient, especially for early flights or overnight stays. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and consistently meets our expectations. We always enjoy staying here and would happily recommend it to anyone travelling through Warsaw. We will definitely be back again!

I am 80 years old with considerable experience of hotels and taking all aspects into account this excellent hotel is one of the very best. Taking account of value, it is the very best. This is an amazingly well designed conversion from a traditional warehouse overlooking the river to a superb hotel with modern lift and very excellent breakfast. Easy walking distance to the City Centre. With the best staff you could imagine. I shall return.

The hotel is just lovely! It's a little more retro than others we've stayed in - the keys are actual keys with heavy brass keyrings for example - but this was a real feature, things weren't overly modern but everything was just right. This hotel is just a gem of a find. It is a beautiful place which is close for just about everything. The rooms are superb/clean and the staff were so friendly and very helpful. We have stayed at other hotels in krakow but this one is the best. Try it you won't be disappointed
