This hotel was so exceptional that I took time to write this comment, which I usually do not do. I stayed in Factoria for 6 nights. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen, including boutique hotels and top-end establishments. Both interieur and exterior is designed with a lot of taste, each room is different and furnished uniquely; they are very spacious. The restaurant is excellent and esthetically very impressive. Good stay

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions, at the start and at the end of my trip. On both occasions the apartment I had was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The facilities in the building are great and the reception staff very helpful. Highly recommended and I’ll stay here again.

Was well worth the trip over the border from iguassu to see paraguay. It's only a 20 minute walk from the border to the hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very nice. We were told it wasn't safe to go out after dark so stayed in the hotel bar by the casino, they had a band on which was fun and a good range of cocktails and spirits and cheap prices.

Probably the best hotel in CDE, for its modern facilities, lovely rooms and bathrooms. The location is also very convenient with good parking. I’ve stayed at every hotel in CDE and this is definitely my number one location to stay.

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff who are helpful. Quality restaurant with great food. Breakfast plentiful with great choices on hand. Pool, sun terrace, gym small but handy. Other hotel services provided. Rooms big, modern and clean. Wi-fi no problems. Location meant it was a tad far to walk to most attractions. Plenty of cheap taxis on hand though parked at nearby casino.

Peaceful away from the city bustle hotel where nothing is too much trouble. The reception staff and kitchen are first rate.
