Staff were really helpful when I went to the beach on always accompanied me to check all was ok. Is it the prettiest no! But everything is well thought out and works. The staff are what makes this hotel.

Very good hotel. Located on the outskirts of Salalah, in a quiet place. Spacious rooms, in fact we were given full-scale one bedroom apartment!
Fantastic service, special thanks to Sri-Lankan chief Mohammed and waiter Saif. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed 5 days and there were 5 different sets of food for breakfast.
Without even asking Saif provided us with cold drinks at the swimming pool every day.
Will definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit to Salalah!

The food is pricey but everything we ate, we loved! I ’d advise arriving at dusk - the resort looks its best at this time. Also bring mosquito repellent (or ask at front desk - they’ll give it free :) as it’s not too high or dry for knats! W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there.
