Just fab fab fab. Truly great service and lovely relaxed setting. I would book a king room if staying for more than a couple of days.

Wonderful setting, great facilities and 5star service

The complex is big therefore you need to call for a buggy to get you around if you do not want to walk in the heat. But this is not a problem as you do not have to wait long for a buggy to come to your room. The rooms are big and spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds are massive and very comfortable. The room was clean. The pool was lovely but watch out for the small tiles that are coming off as our child had a small cut on her foot from a tile that had broken off. We collected several that day to prevent others hurting themselves. The food was very good and the free breakfast buffet was as good better than expected. It was our anniversary and the housekeeping staff made up a fancy decoration of flower petals and towels into a heart design which made us feel special. This place would be excellent for a group of friends and family to stay. We will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay here, but had a problem with the taxis and concierge. We were quoted a price by the concierge, but then charged much more by the driver upon returning to the hotel. The concierge changed his tune and sided with the driver. Hotel manager did nothing to compensate us after say they would. Not a 5 star attitude.

Lovely hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. Really close to beach (2 min walk) and also some nice restaurants on site. Delish breakfast buffet!

Have stayed several times here and always a good experience. Convenient to several areas of interest, as well as the beach. Internet is good, food and room service good. Located between the Intercon and The Grand Hyatt, so lack of bar facility is no big deal. There is also a pub in the beach bay hotel nearby.

The hotel was fine, quiet and the room was quite spacious. It wasn't in the best location for looking around as it's pretty much in an industrial area with nothing within walking distance
