The room was clean, well maintained, and spacious enough to be comfortable for an extended stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and large markets, which made getting around simple and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, clearly experienced and always willing to help. I especially appreciated their flexibility in allowing a late check-out at no extra charge, as my flight was late at night. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a well equipped gym and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options, including Asian, Arabic, and English dishes, all of good quality. This hotel offers the perfect balance of price, comfort, and service. The rooms were modern and clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My two sons especially enjoyed the swimmjng pool. A special shoutout to Operations Manager Itrat and staff member Ashraf, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The level of service was beyond impeccable, making us feel truly welcomed.
