"Very pet friendly, not our choice but every thing else was excellent. I’d recommend it for location, friendly staff, canal walks/trips, good restaurant and excellent cafes in Skipton."

"Evening meal consisted of a frozen pizza, certainly not fresh made on site. Breakfast was boring uninviting standard English. Bedroom was "tired" There were notices saying that they are refubishing. It wood have been nice to be advised on this when booking. I certainly dont think the room charge was taking the above into account"

"The Wifi was a bit dodgy, ended up having to use data a lot of the time I was there. Otherwise a decent stay. Housekeeping came everyday and had the room nicely cleaned. "

"Staff very helpful and polite on check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Fridge. iron, hairdryer, TV, Kettle, cosy chairs, all well laid out. Only downer was that the room was cold as apparently the boiler had tripped yet the corridors were very warm. Nonetheless the heating was sorted after returuning from an evening out. Overall a pleasant comfortable stay."

"Beautifully warm outdoor pool and jacuzzi even on a cloudy March day. Loved the steamy salt room. Really friendly staff and a good choice at breakfast. Will definitely be back."
