Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

Peace, pigs, no tv,, friendly hosts, cakes, fresh eggs, park beside accommodation, cards and games in cupboard, warm . cosy, What more could you ask for.

WOW! What a stunning place! Which we highly recommend a stay here. From when you initially arrive at the property and travel down the drive you can see the wonderful gardens and beautiful views. We were checked in by Millie, who showed us to our room, which was amazing Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open, but they did do meat and cheese boards, which we shared one of each, and certainly were not disappointed by the taste and variety. Such a lovely place to stay for my friends wedding, staff were so friendly and accommodation allowing me to check in early so I could get ready. Room was comfy and clean and breakfast was delicious and such a good portion! Would 100% recommend.

We loved our stay in the Abbey Hotel and apartments, the staff, breakfast & attention to detail were amazing. Very easy walk into the town centre with its unique shops, pubs & restaurants, also not forgetting the Cathedral & Abbey Gardens. Bury St Edmunds is a must to visit.

Excellent stay good sized room very friendly staff easy parking on site. Special mention for the complimentary Bentley City tour the driver was absolutely brilliant

Very impressed with this Motel, clean, quiet, good bar and breakfast was excellent.

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. What really made the stay was the staff - I was unable to book a taxi to a wedding and one of the receptionists, Corina, offered to take me to the venue. What superb customer service and I can't thank her enough!

Room was lovely and spacious and was full of character. Very comfortable. Breakfast included in price was excellent and freshly made. There was a bath but no shower. For our one night stay this was fine but would be more of an inconvenience if you’re there for longer.

A pleasant, comfortable and clean place to stay, but would have liked to see more healthy options, (e.g. salads) on the dinner menu. Gym modern and good size for a hotel.

Lovely clean rooms and friendly/helpful staff. Came back to the hotel rather late and hadnt forewarned the hotel, had to call for assistance to get back in...

Really great helpful staff dealing brilliantly in difficult situations in COVID-19. Well organised e.g. breakfast and bar. Social distancing possible with only one family in lifts at a time,etc. Reception desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Some dated looking bits e.g. carpet stains but fine for the price.
