"The room bathrooms are rediculous. and that is putting it mildly. it makes no sense to have a window from the bed area straight into the bath room. if someone is using the bath room in the middle of the night, the other person is awakened. "Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too."
