This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone. The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food.

Ideal place to stay in if visiting North! Clean, professional staff, amazing views, delicious food and accessible to check in anytime. We loved it and will go back when up there again. Thank you for being awesome!!!

Genuine, everything worked and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return. The host answered my messages swiftly when I had an issue with the fireplace and explained what I needed to do - knowing I had someone to contact that easily was reassuring.

This place was absolutely stunning!

We rode Jbus from Inari to Nuorgam holday village and the bus stopped right at reception. We stayed two nights in a comfortable self catering apartment and paid for a delicious buffet breakfast. As we didn't have a car we arranged with Raimo to take us us for a day trip into Norway reaching Varanger bay. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. Excellent hotel, although it doesn't make clear that you will need to pay 9euros per person a day to access the hotel via the gondala on top of your stay, but the hotel was lovely had everything you need and beautifully located. Food is super expensive in the restaurant though.

Beautiful cabin, and the Christmas tree and decoration was a lovely touch. The cabin is perfectly located in the centre of Saariselka next to the Holiday Club Resort (where all of our booked excursions picked up from) and by the bus stop for the airport bus. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute walk. Everything was excellent - clean room with staff very helpful throughout! There isn’t much amenities so bring your own amenities, but large room with private sauna was just perfect hideaway for a family with children. Will definitely visit again!

Great place to stay for a ski holiday. Slopes are not crowded, staff is very helpful, room is very nice. Restaurants and ski lifts all in walking distance. The only thing is that we didn’t receive the room code before we arrived for our late check in.

Great location close to everything. My youngest loved the play room. Hopefully we’ll be back for a longer stay next time.
