Genuine, everything worked and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return. The host answered my messages swiftly when I had an issue with the fireplace and explained what I needed to do - knowing I had someone to contact that easily was reassuring.

Excellent hotel, although it doesn't make clear that you will need to pay 9euros per person a day to access the hotel via the gondala on top of your stay, but the hotel was lovely had everything you need and beautifully located. Food is super expensive in the restaurant though.

Great location close to everything. My youngest loved the play room. Hopefully we’ll be back for a longer stay next time.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was massively spacious and was fully equipped with everything you could ever need including a clothes drying cupboard, sauna, washing machine and 2 balconies. Buffet breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Staff were very helpful. Things to improve : - make spa pool water few degrees warmer - better pillows please and less polyester/more natural fibers for bed linen would be great

Beautiful hotel, central location, friendly staff who helped every night get milk for my baby. Rooms are on the small side, however they are fit for purpose with very comfortable beds. Great variety at breakfast, fruit, waffles, eggs, porridge etc. couldn’t fault our stay.
