"The hotel is in a stunning location and provided an excellent base to explore the area around Vinuela. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with details of a local company who run mountain bike rides round the lake. The hotel itself was nice. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable but with limited sound insulation between the rooms, it wasn’t a quiet and relaxing space. Ear plugs were a must for getting to sleep before 1am. Breakfast was nice, with lots of choice....

"All of the staff at the Villa Flamenca were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great! We like walking, and everything was close enough to walk to, including the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We also had a meal at the hotel restaurant and it was great. They offer a good happy hour and we liked the nachos. We got the basic room and it was small, but that’s common in Spain so we are used to that. It was clean, which is what we care about most. "A really nice traditional hotel in the hills close to Frigiliana and above Nerja. Our room was large with a nice balcony with views down to the coast. The bathroom was also large. There's a nice pool at the hotel and the restaurant is very good with lovely home cooked food available in the evening (and nice views at sunset) and a good quality breakfast. The hotel is fully accessible with a ramp at the entrance and lift to all floors. Also a nice indoor pool and sauna at an additional fee. A...
