Room was clean, great amenities, and great hot water pressure which is always a big deal for me at hotels. The check in prices was seamless and no issues at check in. This hotel is the only riverfront hotel available in Louisville and it’s close walking distance to great restaurants, shops and bars. "

"Location location location! We were in town for Billy Strings at Rupp Arena and it was perfect! Literally connected to the arena so there was no driving to and from our main destination. They have a nice restaurant and bar onsite, plus walking distance to many other options. I highly recommend The Hyatt Regency in Lexington. The staff were all super nice and helpful as well."

"We thought we had the wrong address... it’s one of those trips where you realized you are going to stay at Bates Motel for one night. Everything was super tired and it felt like a time capsule from 1983. Nothing had been updates except from the shower curtain (no hint here on the Bates Motel comparison). We also learned from our friends whom we visited that the Hotel was going to change owners within the next month and that a major renovation/ tear-down was in the plans for this hotel. I would...
