Having stayed twice now, everything is good about this Country House!

Plenty of equipment i.e cot +other items and fixings for stair gate

It was amazing, cozy and clean. Good to have driveway for parking and near to supermarkets, pharmacy.

Mary the owner was a really lovely lady, checked everything with going well and left a really good goodie basket for us. The location is excellent for walking you do not need to use the car 👍 Would definitely return

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Tilman again. It was a return trip after a similarly excellent visit last year. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Location was perfect. 10/10!!

A lovely room, with everything we needed. We received a great welcome when we arrived and were shown to our room. The free parking close by is a big bonus. The room was delightfully furnished and very clean. A perfect choice. We just wished we were able to stay for longer.

Nicely presented property. Spacious room with a large bathroom. My room even had a small living area. Host was friendly, helpful and communicative. Town centre was a 60 second walk away.

Stayed for one night, 10th June 2023, the hosts Huw and Kirsty couldn't have been more welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We were shown to our room and Huw explained that it was next on the list for renovation, but it was more than adequate. Please don't change that bed 😁. Several breakfast options, went for the full Welsh breakfast, tasted amazing. Seriously, couldn't fault it, would definitely go back if in the area.

Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! Welcoming, professional and friendly team. Dealt with an electrical issue in my room quickly and without fuss whilst I enjoyed a complimentary drink in the cosy bar. Excellent food. 10 minute walk to the beautiful lake. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed.

Castle Cottage Inn had a really friendly reception when we arrived and we were able to book in early. Excellent room, great meal in the evening & breakfast. Is rate hotel and service. I would recommend to any one visiting the area on holiday or playing golf at the St Davids golf course.

Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)

My husband booked 3 nights here as a birthday treat - and it exceeded my expectations. Both our bedroom and the public spaces were lovely, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!!

We (2 couples) stayed in Ty'n Rhos Country House for the Easter weekend and decided to also stay for dinner 2 out of 3 nights. We were amazed by the comfort, service, and quality. The location was great, an easy drive to the nearby castles, Snowdon railway, and other historical sites. We took the train from London to Bangor and hired a car there.
