"We booked at the last minute after being stranded in Kos due to the recent air traffic control incident. We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, we’re old!). It would be nice to have a pool area with no music for people who prefer a more chilled vibe. The food is unremarkable but plentiful - you definitely won’t starve here. The rooms are clean but need a bit of TLC (we...

The Renieris Hotel is perfectly located, super clean and a very well organised, friendly hotel, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday close to Chania. The rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean by a lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. There is a choice of mountain or sea view, all the rooms have balconies, perfect to sit and read or to watch the amazing sunsets. If you are a nature lover then the country walks from behind the hotel are not to be missed. A...

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

The staff here are the best I have ever come across. Friendly, professional and very helpful with my travel requirements in Greece. Imagine sitting in a jacuzzi on the roof after a hard day's work, watching the Acropolis? Unreal!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience here was. My adult son has restricted mobility and the staff were so helpful. From reserving a parking spot in front which is not usually possible to helping us in and out of the hotel every time. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is great for all the central sites via a pedestrian walkway to the Acropolis etc. 20 minute walk with wheelchair. Our room with a view over the Temple of Zeus was lovely. Restaurant views of the Acropolis...

The hotel has a great location for exploring Athens. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is very good and a fantastic view of the Acropolis. Plenty of other dining options on your doorstep. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

This hotel was booked as a treat at the end of the holiday and the good service started two days before we even arrived at the hotel when they offered to arrange a transfer for us from the port so we opted for the taxi transfer @ €23. forpromised when we arrived in the port the driver was there with a sign with my name waiting and I must say very friendly.

Great staff and lovely property.
The reception team were absolutely fantastic, lovely check in with enthusiastic staff that answered all questions and offered any information we needed. The rooms we stayed in were immaculate with so many luxurious features if you choose to upgrade. The breakfast served on our terrace and the room service staff also 1st class. I fully recommend not only the Hotel and its location but as always it's the staff that make the difference and everyone was lovely

We stayed here with our small children and it was wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The rooms are very cute & modern. We were walking distance to the Acropolis and all the restaurants and shops. They were very accommodating to our family, and they even gave us pre-packed breakfast bags when we had to leave at 5am on our last day! Highly recommend this hotel!!

We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel.
Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.
