Incredible, highly recommend, very family friendly and accommodating.

Hotel in a good location for eateries & for sightseeing the city. Great room on the 4th floor, good amount of space & cleaned to a very high standard. Comfy beds & very quiet. Buffet breakfast had a great choice of both hot & cold options. Staff were warm, welcoming & helpful. Would return if in Helsinki again.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is superb in all respects. Its location means that everywhere in the city is easily walkable. The breakfast was outstanding.

The building is a traditional wooden house with a small garden. I had a very friendly and welcoming person checking me in. I was surprised to receive an offer of welcoming drink ( cava or non alcoholic drink) and also free soft drinks and chocolate in the room as it was not mentioned online. The room was nicely decorated and on a very hot day the room was nice and cool but the huge air conditioning unit was very noisy and we had to turn it off for the night. Luckily the windows could be opened....

A fantastic place to stay. Really cool vibe throughout the hotel. Room was super comfy and cosy. The staff were all great. Hotel breakfast alone was 10/10! About 10 mins walk from the central station and close to plenty of places of interest. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. Excellent hotel, although it doesn't make clear that you will need to pay 9euros per person a day to access the hotel via the gondala on top of your stay, but the hotel was lovely had everything you need and beautifully located. Food is super expensive in the restaurant though.

Super clean and modern room. Fabulous views. Beds comfy and the breakfast was vast. Very impressive. Great location in the Tripla Mall and convenient for shops, restaurants and the train station. Perfectly soundproofed. Will stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with many plant-based options, especially fresh fruits. The room was clean and offered a view of the city. I loved the balcony on the 10th floor as well. It is centrally located, with major attractions within walking distance; the central station is just across the street, and the Kamppi bus station is also nearby. I've had the privilege of staying here on several occasions now and I have always found the staff extremely welcoming and helpful. My room was very clean, spacious and I got a wonderful night's sleep. I found breakfast to be a very enjoyable experience, a great selection of choice to suit most guests tastes. The actual location was superb, close to the shopping mall, restaurants and all the attractions of Helsinki only a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

We stayed in the apartments, it was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We used the spa and pool which we paid extra for at the main reception, which was lovely. There was a small shop within reception and a small bakery which was about a 5 min walk out of the complex, everyone was friendly,
