"We arrived on October 18th around 1 PM and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Assem, one of the most professional and respectful people you could ever meet. He helped us with an upgrade to our rooms, and while waiting for them to be ready, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, honestly above expectations. 🏖️ Facilities: • Pool: Big, clean, and very nice. • Aqua Park: Unfortunately, there’s barely one — just two small slides, nothing more. • Beach: Absolutely beautiful! You can see amazing fish and coral reefs. The beginning of the beach is sandy, and as you go deeper, you’ll find stunning coral areas — perfect for snorkeling. 🍽️ Food: • Savory food: Honestly, very tasty and varied, both for lunch and dinner. ⭐️ Rating: 9/10 • Desserts: This was the weakest part of the hotel. Most desserts weren’t good at all, and definitely not at the same level as the main food. Only one night they served special desserts that were nice. ⭐️ Rating: 2/10 Special thanks to Chef Gaber, who makes the best pizza by the beach during lunchtime — it’s really delicious! "I had a problem with check in that was an Expedia issue .. however the mena house front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us and make us beyond comfortable .. we had connecting rooms with pyramid view .. the best view you could wish for .. this place is it .. the hotel grounds and everything was behind nice .. the was helpful in every way .. the best Egypt stay I have ever experienced .. I would return there in a heartbeat.. they front desk staff rescued my vacation. "
