The whole environment is extremely well looked after — the gardens are stunning, lush, and clearly maintained with a lot of care, which makes walking around the resort really relaxing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff in the restaurants and bars were fantastic: always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. We would especially like to mention Ibrahim and Ahmed, who truly made our dining experience special. They were incredibly helpful with feeding our baby, who is 8 months old and needs special meals. They always made sure something fresh was prepared especially for her, without salt, sugar, or any additives, which made a huge difference to our stay and gave us real peace of mind as parents. We stayed here with our baby, and as it was our first holiday with a child, we were a bit nervous beforehand. Thankfully, everything turned out perfectly. The hotel is very family-friendly, and we felt well looked after at all times. Our room was spacious and comfortable — big enough for our travel cot — and very well maintained.
