"This a good hotel, but the ‘all inclusive’ is limited, all said the main restaurant is very good, but the staff are an issue, you get ignored by many staff who just blank you! Reception is chaotic and over complicated, if you have an issue you have to explain it over and over to different people, getting a guest in took 30 mins! I wouldn’t go back myself but for families the aqua park would be massively good fun"
