Staff could not be more helpful.

Everything was excellent except the quality of the hairdryers and where they were placed on the wall and short cord and no nearby mirror - bizarre for such a great place

Our recent stay at Ashford Castle was wonderful experience. Everything from the food and drink to room comfort was excellent. The staff are the nicest and most helpful I have ever met on my travels.Free taxi (Range Rover) into the village is a nice treat!Overall it's an experience you should have at least twice your lifetime!

Nice 20min walk from centre of town and its restaurants and shops. Good location for exploring Mayo and Sligo by car. Plenty of car parking. Good breakfast.

We were so pleased we chose this hotel - more expensive than our usual price bracket, but a great place to just be as well as to tour the beautiful Connemara. We spent four nights, three days here: one day chilling, one day driving the Sky Road, one day visiting Kylemore Abbey. The people - owners and staff - could not have been more kind and helpful. Hotel is a few miles outside Galway bay main resort but has lovely setting on seafront, with plenty parking, and provided nice breakfast, only issue was forgot to offer tea at breakfast

Great location, would happily stay again. Live music in the bar was excellent.

The one thing I would say is there is no lift. My other half had broken his foot and had a terrible time hopping up and down two flights . Other than that it was terrific.

We had a great stay! The room was lovely, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were lovely, friendly and engaging, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was also fantastic. The only minor gripe was that the grouting and sealant in the bathroom could do with being updated. Otherwise, everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very central location.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at - Kinlay just gets so many things right! Dorm beds are comfortable with privacy curtains, light, power socket and USB. Showers are very good, with hooks for hanging items and shower gel provided. And finally a hostel that doesn’t charge or require a deposit for towels - fantastic! There is a large and pleasant communal area, with a pool table and piano. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, plus there are lots of fridges and freezers....

The hotel is very centrally placed for the bars, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. I will certainly stay there again.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Didn’t realise that breakfast was included, so a very welcome bonus to find it was, especially when you had the opportunity to eat the very tasty breakfast next door. Would definitely recommend.
