The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and warm. The room was bright and airy. Overlooked leafy quiet road within easy walking distance of the Lyric and the university. Lovely stay.

Fantastic apartment in a good area with secure parking. If I had a negative it was that I perhaps misread the website and when I went to use the sofa bed in the living room I had to pay extra for the bed linen which I thought was a little unfair. Aside from that the apartment was very well equipped and maintained and in a good location.

The Europa Hotel was extremely convenient for our night in Belfast. We parked in the multistorey car park beside the hotel and got a reduction of overnight parking. Our room was ready when we checked in at 2pm and although small was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff at reception were very pleasant and the bar staff were generally friendly. We didn't eat in the hotel on this visit. I would have no hesitation staying at the Europa again.

Lovely hotel, quirky layout due to its previous life as a seed warehouse. Bed very comfy and breakfast was lovely. Twenty mins walk to the Titanic museum, very handy location.

I really like the customer service and care.My flight was late and they called me up just to make sure I was ok.The breakfast was great and with 50pound, what else I can expect. It seems that its a family based business and you can feel it.
