Very friendly and helpful staff. Good hotel and would visit again.

Ideal for visiting Gananoque and the 1000 island cruises. Lovely small town with good local eateries. Last minute diversion so really pleasantly surprised by town and this lovely B&B

Excellent breakfast, pool can get a little crowded, rooms large, beds very comfortable, friendly staff. We will return.

Very nice hotel. Very posh, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Shame we only had one night here. A short drive to restaurants as we arrived here on a Tuesday and their restaurant was closed, but not an issue.

Accommodation was good Food very good Easy parking Easy to locate Problem with noisy neighbour quickly resolved

Very large hotel complex in central location, with all the expected advantages of staying in a large hotel but not with much individual character

We loved this hotel. We had a poolside room which was perfect for us as meant we cou swim whenever it was convenient. The food in the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. A little out of town but the bus and trains were easy to navigate. Plus being close to the airport saved time on our departure day. I would highly recommend.

A lovely hotel right on the lake, made even better with a free room suite upgrade overlooking the lake. If I were to ever return to Kelowna, this is where I'd stay.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.Room very comfortable. Breakfast was terrible relative to other hotels .Staff were good

Staff very helpful and friendly

Room was large with Aircon. The facilities were clean and tidy. Food was lovely and staff were friendly. Ideal location fast food places very close by as well

Perfect location, especially for families. Next to Clifton Hill for all the entertainment and right in front of American view falls. Book a fallsview room and you won't be disappointed!! Go to sleep with an uninterrupted view of both falls lit up and wake up to watch the sunrise over this wonder. Really affordable for how spectacular the view really is. The hotel is modern with great amenities such as bar, spa and restaurants. Loved this hotel
