"Hotel shuttle went from hotel to airport every 30 minutes 24/7, which was convenient. Quick to check in. Was about $20-30 uber drive to get into downtown Vancouver. Restaurant was serving food until 10:30pm so was convenient after a long flight"

Manager could not locate a lost and found item poorly placed two tries. . A waitperson went out of her way to locate it. An example of poor management great staff. "
