Par contre procédure d'arrivée et de départ problématiques : nous n'avons reçu aucune consigne pour la récupération des clés, pas de réponse à nos mails via le site homelidays. I‘ve never experienced something like this… First of all, we were perfectly on time for the check in, in the end we needed to wait 35 Minutes for someone to come by.
