I‘ve never experienced something like this… First of all, we were perfectly on time for the check in, in the end we needed to wait 35 Minutes for someone to come by. We needed to call the management 2 times and still it took that long… Arriving in our room it wasn’t fitting to the pictures shown on the internet. "Read some bad reviews after I’d booked this so was pleasantly surprised, stayed in triple room (room 8). Clean, warm, modern clean bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, don’t know what else anyone would want from a hotel. Will stay again."
