"Good location and good service. However, the property is falling apart. Furnishings are outdated and filthy. Couch had sweat stains and other deep stains. Rug full of dirt and stains. Windowsills full of dust and grime. Curtains show dark areas full of dirt. Awful smell. Do not recommend."

"Good location. Building is new. Security is good. Condo unit is spacious for 2 people. Quiet environment. Responsive and reliable owner. Air-conditioning in bedroom only which is still acceptable. "

I absolutely loved staying at the MET hotel, the staff (especially Ernesto) were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with a great shower and breakfast was lovely with many options! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely revisit!

Wonderful huge room in a quiet part of La Paz - away from the hustle and bustle - but not too far to get in via taxi or cable car. Wonderful staff, always there to help however they can and a fabulous breakfast with an egg station. Would highly recommend.

Staying at UMA is indeed an experience. A beautiful resort in the cloud forest with a breathtaking view of the valley. It only has about 7 cabins of varying interesting yet comfortable designs that is designed around the contour of the land. The view by the pool is simply breath taking. The dining / social hall is beautifully decorated and crafted with various activity choices. The breakfast included is just beautiful and tastefully prepared fresh in front of guests. They have a dedicated...

I booked this hotel as a treat after roughing it on the salt flat tour, I wasn't disappointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and modern and the breakfast was very varied. The location is also good, right next to a shopping centre, which although limited, has a food court. The station for the cable car is about a 20 minute walk away, reception will give you a map to help you find it. It's well worth the walk as its a great way to see the city and really cheap at only...

Excellent location; just a few steps away from the main square with restaurants, shops and attractions. Hotel is well maintained, clean rooms, and tasteful decor.

A really lovely hotel, perhaps the best in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable bed, amazing attention to details in the room and in the reception area.
The only bad things were... there were ants. Basically don't leave any food out- they seemed to come from nowhere. Luckily they dispersed a while after the food was removed.
The other thing was the WiFi is pretty week downstairs. Which is a shame because it's such a nice space to be in to work rather than alone in your room.

The hotel is located in an affluent domestic part of La Paz where wealthy people live. For that reason it is some way from the centre but is quiet although I'm not sure that there is anywhere to walk to around here. The rooms are located off of galleries on three sides of a central full height atrium. The fourth side is glass and contains a swimming pool and gardens. The rooms are modern and beautifully appointed. For security reasons and privacy be aware that your opening window will be...
