A fabulous property just outside the main areas,very peaceful.We had a canal view room,a lovely outlook.Hans and Tamara are amazing hosts,so friendly and welcoming and helpful.Hans is an amazing cook,best scambled eggs and omlettes I have ever tasted,even little treats of cake he makes daily.Will definitely be returning in the future,thank you for a wonderful break :-)

Lovely hotel very conveniently located by the airport. Rooms spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Perfect for an overnight by the airport.

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour. Nice place to stay.

I took my girlfriend to Bruges for her 24th birthday and chose the best western for its decor and room size not expecting much. What we actually got was the nicest hotel we have stayed in not just for size of room etc but the friendly nature of the hotel staff and their willingness to help out. They offer a great deal on taxis and a bus shuttle so your only a matter of minutes from Bruges. The restaurant was exceptional as we had the steak and it was quite literally the nicest steak we had ever...

Booked last-minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff were friendly and offered a breakfast bag when we said we were leaving early. Room was really big for the price we paid and spotless.

Thé hôtel is good, clean and close to the airport. There are no hotels at Charleroi airport. . But thé hôtel staff has put in place a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel to/from the airport. The staff was really helpful to arrange to pick me up at the airport, and bring me back the next day for my flight. 5 stars responsive and helpful for the service

We had a wonderful time visiting friends, hotel was great except having to pay for tea and coffee in the room!

Excellent hotel which we use couple of times a year

A lovely room with super comfortable beds, well designed. Although parking costs spare €19, in fact you can park free outside the building on the street.

Our second stay here. The room is a great size for a family of 4. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are so polite and our teenagers love the games room. Oh and the view isn't bad either
