Breakfast was extremely expensive and a large buffet that i did not participate in as i do not eat that much. Staff was great, hotel rooms are tired and worn, especially for the price, but of course not visible in booking photos. The lobby is maintained well so booking photos looked great. The room was clean, but the sofa bed was having some damage already like the stains and a cut, one of the bed light was hanging by the wire and not working, this could be fire or electrical shock hazard If not fixed immediately. Spoke to one of the staff about it and I hope they fix it asap. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful, I could also get some milk from the holiday inn bar for my daughter when the supermarket was closed for the day as it was late night we checked in.

Overall this hotel is very good, except one staff who work in the evening, often playing card game, chatting and smoking. He gave me the room card with car park function didn’t work. Waste me half an hour waiting him to change the card for me.
