We stayed for one night as a stopover on route to another destination. Hotel was easy to find, parking convenient under the hotel which was well lit and secure. Room was very clean good amenities in the room, very comfy bed, every you need for a short stay. A small stock of drinks and snacks available, bit limited but we found a much better selection at the hotel across the road

Booked this hotel for the convenience of the shuttle, but was unable to use it to or from the airport. Could not locate it at the airport and was told after waiting 20 minutes in the dark and cold that the morning shuttle had been cancelled for our trip back to the airport. Located in the middle of nowhere. Had to walk 20 minutes on desolate mini highways to get to and from hotel. No place to eat nearby. Ate at a gas station 15 minutes away. We had a large group and were only given 1 key per room. The elevator required a room key to operate, causing major inconvenience for more than one person to leave the room at a time.

Breakfast was extremely expensive and a large buffet that i did not participate in as i do not eat that much. Staff was great, hotel rooms are tired and worn, especially for the price, but of course not visible in booking photos. The lobby is maintained well so booking photos looked great. Location to airport and train station is close, but lots of other properties in the area to choose from.

I was informed that I could not stay in the suite room I had booked due to technical issues or overbooking. The receptionist assisted us by offering two different rooms. However, the fact that the room I had reserved well in advance was unavailable and that we had to spend about an hour trying to choose a room with my family late at night was not a pleasant experience. I should also mention that a complimentary breakfast was offered as compensation. The staff were attentive, solution-oriented, and polite. However, when we toured the hotel for a suitable room, I noticed that around ten vacant rooms were out of order and unusable. As positive feedback, I believe that ensuring the availability of functional rooms would be in the hotel's best interest.

The room was clean, but the sofa bed was having some damage already like the stains and a cut, one of the bed light was hanging by the wire and not working, this could be fire or electrical shock hazard If not fixed immediately. Spoke to one of the staff about it and I hope they fix it asap. Other than that staff was very polite and helpful, I could also get some milk from the holiday inn bar for my daughter when the supermarket was closed for the day as it was late night we checked in.
