Great stay.
Visited on a business trip and despite the problems of Covid the hotel had everything under control. Food was excellent with good choice. The breakfast was fantastic, basically a complete buffet on your own table. Reception very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Great but disappointing
We came for a day in Brugge and stayed here because the value for money was much better than directly in the city. Hotel is great. Front desk staff are amazing. But the restaurant service is terrible!!! I felt like I was under their feet. We had to ask them for a drink. Then once we got the food (nice but pricey). No one offered us another drink. Then we had to try and find someone to pay! The barman was severely undertrained and wasn’t getting much help. My advice would be, eat elsewhere. But stay here!
