"We were traveling as a family of four and booked a 2 bedroom suite. The accommodation was great, it was like booking an entire 2 bedroom house. The new pool facilities were amazing and all the extras that they put on for the school holidays were great (movie nights, pizza nights etc). Staff were super friendly right from check in and made us feel really welcome. We will definitely be back!"

"Exceptional staff at reception - we had 3 different bookings from the same whanau (mum and 2 daughters and their whanau), she was able to arrange us all to be on the same floor which was ideal for the kids and babies as we could easily go from rooms if we needed to do stuff. Great temp for the pool, very good spot went to eat street for dinner. Lovely stay"

"The hotel was excellent to stay in and we would definitely come back. The room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. We could walk to most things and the room was lovely and quiet.The only feed forward we would have is maybe more than only two glasses and cups in the room and to check that things like toilet paper were replaced as there was only one roll for our stay. However the housekeeping staff were friendly and it wasn’t an issue to ask for these things. Thank you for a lovely...

"Stayed with my 9 yr old for 3 nights, loads on fun activities onsite and pool was awesome! Rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful helping us chose things tondo as well. Close to places to eat and supermarkets. Highly recommend if you have young ones. "

"The resort is in a great location near the water and walkable to a McDonalds. The restaurant is quite pricey. We ordered pizza and ate in the pub area which was empty. Our room was absolutely filthy, with dead bugs on the night stand and smears on the ceilings and walls. The glass shelving hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was dank and smelled of mould. "Close to the lake, Eat Street and could use the Novotel pools! We walked up to Eat Street multiple times. Walked to the Wai Ariki Hot Springs and Spa. Had a lake view from our room and staff were lovely, always said hi and asked how our stay was, that was great! It’s a little dated and the bathrooms could use a refresh but it was great for the 2 nights we stayed. It also has free parking and free laundry machines on site.
