"Room was very spacious and clean. I loved my view from this corner room! I could see the flame towers too! Big bath tub with bath salt, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and hot cocoa. It was also easy to walk everywhere and there is a 24 hr grocery store within a 5 min walk. Super cute cafés nearby and easy to get a taxi too. I would definitely look to stay here next time I'm in Baku :) "

"I am an Israeli traveler who was visiting Azerbaijan and unfortunately lost my passport. After thinking it through, I realized that it was left with a taxi driver I had ordered. I tried calling the driver several times, but since my number was Israeli, he did not answer. The shift manager immediately came to help, made the call himself, and handled the entire situation with professionalism and care. Thanks to his help, my passport was safely returned to me. I am extremely grateful for his assistance and kindness. Outstanding service and support in a very stressful situation. Highly appreciated!"
