During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out. The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others."
