Baku All inclusive Holidays

Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!

Hotel Promised to change Dates as WAR started and a week before we told them our Aiport is closed. They email expedia and also confirmed to us that dates change are acceptable Didn't honor Don't Answer Kept ignoring us. Poor Management and we have stayed Twice there before Will never book Again.

To make it simple, It was more like a 2 star accommodation. But still value for money. Location is ok. Super market in the building 24/7. Basic breakfast option but they cook the eggs as per your choice. But this is what you get for the price you pay (good bed and breakfast option). Hotel had cheaper rates on their website i believe, so better compare before booking.

Except for the view and location nothing is worth the price, single beds are joined to make king beds on uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, soundproofing is a misleading point because you can clearly hear all conversations from the surrounding rooms. Breakfast is good, staff is respectful and welcoming. Everything else you might as well pay a $100 more for a better stay elsewhere. Location was great if you want to see the white city, grab food or walk to the sea.

1s the address was wrong is not 2 Rixard zorge is 5a Rixard zorge. My room Is a very small, yes my bad it was a double but it's so tiny I cannot really move a lot, remote control for the TV was not working I asked yes they give me another one but unfortunately there's no TV not in the things I need the TV to watch. the bathroom is very small, when taking a shower I have put towels outside the shower because water was all over. I stayed 6 nights the bad and towels never changed. I asked about iron nobody knows where is it, after 2 days I asked again and finally I got it. Breakfast was same every day boiling egg very small pieces of cheese and white bread and of course black tea. I think with my experience it was only good things that location is really very good. Talking about only my room I have no idea what another rooms look like .
