We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to check out and lock up our luggage until it was time for our flight. We were even able to use the spa after check out, so we could get a shower before our long flight. Narmin and Armin were especially wonderful. If we come back here, I will definitely stay here again.

I was there for work with my colleagues and then spent a few days by myself. I had a chance to use a lot of their amenities - from the spa, to the restaurants for meals as well as business meetings and curated dinners, we had media events and large group meetings there. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and friendly, everything is so easy to arrange and manage - and the buffet breakfast was so good (the breakfast hall is so open, breezy and lovely).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at Marriott Boulevard Baku and genuinely couldn’t fault the service. Every member of staff, from housekeeping and room service to concierge and reception, was welcoming, professional and incredibly attentive. A special shout-out to Mirali, who was exceptional. He was so thoughtful and consistently went above and beyond to make sure my parents and I received the best possible service. Airi at the spa also deserves a special mention. The massage was one of the best I’ve experienced on holiday — extremely professional, effective and tailored with real care. She was friendly, polite and clearly highly skilled at what she does. The spa facilities and cleanliness were excellent too. Thank you also to Muhammad from housekeeping, who provided such great service throughout our stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent variety of food — easily 10/10. Overall, a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, excellent facilities and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend Marriott Boulevard Baku to family and friends, and I hope to return again!

The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing on the Boulevard. Had some issues initially. Was given a smoking room but Mr Anar (Night Manager) ensured that my non-smoking rooms are allocated next day. He was super helpful and a very friendly guy. Orkhan from the Bar was superb as well. Very helpful and had a great chat with him. Fatima from the restaurant was very courteous.
