Palace of the Shirvan Shahs

Except for the view and location nothing is worth the price, single beds are joined to make king beds on uncomfortable mattresses and pillows, soundproofing is a misleading point because you can clearly hear all conversations from the surrounding rooms. Breakfast is good, staff is respectful and welcoming. Everything else you might as well pay a $100 more for a better stay elsewhere. Location was great if you want to see the white city, grab food or walk to the sea.

We were booked into this hotel to find when we arrived they had no room which was very disappointing as we had no notification until we arrived. Was taken to 5-6 other hotels to find a suitable room which took a long time

Walking distance to all amenities, this hotel is conveniently located at the center of the city. Staff is amazing, helpful whenever I needed direction. Highly recommended
