She checked on me daily through WhatsApp, always offering help whenever needed. And Ayten deserves recognition for arranging my Gobustan and mud volcano tours. She assured me I could contact her with any issue, and she meant it. When the tour driver attempted to charge more than the agreed price, I messaged her directly; she immediately resolved it through the company’s management. Their professionalism goes far beyond expectations, and I truly appreciate all they did."
