"The property was great on the ocean beside the lighthouse. Grounds were not kept up but not sure if it was cause they wanted natural look beside ocean. We had a balcony suite. Room was big. But balcony could have been cleaner. Lots of cobwebs etc. restaurant downstairs was ok. Waiter was excellent! But wished we had gone to the brewery down the street instead. Staff was great. "

"Check in takes a while if you have to add a pet to your stay, there is an extra $15 charge for them. I don’t know if this is a California thing? I have never had to pay for a pet to stay with me. "This was a great home base, walkable to the Harbour with lots of amenities. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic. The bedroom is right above 101 and you hear braking and accelerating cars all night long. The owner does everything he can to minimise the noise with earplugs and a white noise machine, but we weren’t able to sleep much. If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a great find, definitely worth the price."
