Friendly host, beautiful room with lovely little extras, fantastic breakfast

We had a fantastic break, the hosts were perfect, the facilities great and we enjoyed the most amazing food. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a great range of local and home made produce and this was all followed by a mesmerising choice of hot food which included local produce. There was cake on hand all day along with fresh tea and coffee and the hosts couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay.

We’ve only stayed a night but thoroughly enjoyed it. James and Garry are top hosts.

We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. Kitchen was really well equipped and lovely touch of a cake, buscuits, milk, water and soft drinks. Beautiful products in bathroom and super comfy bed. We will definitely be back in the future.

TotALY perfect . Lots of communication .Easy check in . Gorgeous room . Delicious Pie ( it was Friday ) and veg . Breakfast was perfectly cooked. We took a walk and lost our way which was also perfect . Cant wait to go back

Lovely friendly staff, a very warm welcome. Also really useful information given on the local area of places to visit by the hosts. Fantastic heated pool very attractive, clean and a real luxury. Breakfast a very good choice nicely presented and delicious cooked breakfasts. We had a premier room which was lovely overlooked the side of property and a fridge in the room was fab. Beds had firm mattresses alittle hard for my spine, but great for the majority of people.

Attended a great wedding at Dartington Hall. Beautiful grounds and lovely accommodation. Food was amazing. So a great experience all round.

we booked it on a half board basis. a 3 star hotel worth 5 stars for cleanliness.quality of food. fabulous entertainment.great indoor facilities. faultless experience. definitely go back again.the only thing worth a comment was I booked it for my husbands 75th birthday on the 8th may( during our stay)mentioned on the booking form and they could have left a card/bottle in the room!don't forget the DRINKS package very good value!

The place was ideal close to marina and centre .It was clean and had everything we needed for are stay

The bungalow was exactly as described but even better than we expected for a holiday let. A large open-plan and well-appointed lounge/diner/kitchen. The views from the site were lovely. It was quiet and there were several walks around the woods. The site is hilly so be prepared for some exercise! We did not use the pool but it looked very good from the outside.
