Unfortunately it was quite hot due to it being on the second floor and after a string of hotter than usual days, not helped by the fact that the heated towel rail (from the hot water system) couldn't be shut off. "My recent stay at the Imperial Hotel in Torquay was exceptional from start to finish. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine warmth shown by every member of staff made the visit truly memorable. Kelly and Ndey on reception were outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly helpful as always.Housekeeping were equally impressive, keeping everything spotless with a friendly smile. The bar staff added to the experience with their charm and excellent service. A special mention must go to the incredible,breathtaking views across the bay. I highly recommend the Imperial Hotel. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for, and where every detail is handled with warmth and professionalism."
