This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Excellent hotels

We stayed for 1 night - On arrival early morning the Reception Staff were very professional- friendly and allowed us to drop our luggage off before we could check in. Once we went back later on Check-in was so quick the staff had taken our luggage to our room which was very nice. The Room was ideal for our stay - very clean and facilities were great - we had a good nights sleep (bed was so comfortable). Fab hotel. Well located. Rooms clean and modern. Staff very friendly.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

A beautiful building, very tastefully decorated and furnished, staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor.We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.
