"I booked two connecting family rooms. Whilst the rooms were clean and nice, we saw an insect crawling on the floor. Also, the bathrooms were quite cramped, especially if one was 6 ft tall. My initial impression of the bathroom was good, but I found it to be too small when I actually used it."
