"Once you listen to the instructions it’s quite easy to enter and access. Great bathroom, big room, and quiet. I only contacted the number and didn’t have any interaction with any staff. We were there during a hot spell and our room was almost unbearable, but that was mother nature! We did have fans that helped to cool the room down. We only had a couple of concerns.
