Excellent friendly service - great with families - apartment clean modern and in an ideal location to explore the lake - restaurant offers quality food and wines
This property is a short walk from the main hotel. However, the walk is a steep hill. So for those traveling with a luggage, it is best to request a shuttle to help with the pick up/delivery of the luggage. You do have to cross the road, so be careful! There is a cross walk but not all cars will stop.
Otherwise, there is a small elevator to help with luggage, cleaning staff is very quick and kept the rooms tidy. Breakfast was at the hotel and there is a good variety of pastries, yogurt, cold meats and cheese and fruit and juices to choose from. Their restaurant was also quite good.

Very local and great outdoor area!
The property doesn’t look to good from the front of the residence, but first impressions are deceiving. We rented one of the ground floor apartments. With a small private patio looking out on the parking area. This didn’t bother us at all because the outdoor area found on the second floor was perfect!
You will find a small pool, plenty of seating and sun beds. A grass lawn with a few trees with a bit of shade. The residence is surrounded by some beautiful villas and gardens. It’s nice and quiet if you ignore the grasshoppers in the trees :)
Only 400meters to Lenno town square and about 100m to ferry dock. The ferry gives you easy access to the rest of the lake.
The only disappointment was the air condition that didn’t really work(but the apartment was still pretty cool) and we complained about a outdoor light flashing all night without any response from the manager.
Would absolutely recommend this residence! If you want to sit outside in the evening while the children sleep you better get a upstairs apartment though.
