On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. "Great family run place with nice rooms and a covenient location. This place is great if you're renting a car or not. It's right by the train station that goes to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, but in a small-town area so that if you have a rental car, it's easy to manage. Lots of sights to see nearby. "Very modern & clean. Also quiet. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen was convenient. Great location; walking distance to train station, Holyrood Castle & Edinburgh Castle. Easy bus ride to HMY Britannia. A few minor problems: no egg flipper in kitchen, no can opener, and no notice that heated towel racks out of order in whole building (had to ask at front desk after having tried unsuccessfully for some time to get it to work). I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
