A lovely room with friendly, helpful staff. Good size comfortable, clean room. Dining room designed by Donald Trump with lots of bling and interesting artifacts. Good breakfast too.

Everything was excellent except the quality of the hairdryers and where they were placed on the wall and short cord and no nearby mirror - bizarre for such a great place

I have travelled all over the world and this hotel absolutely blew my mind in terms of location, stunning views, quality, great restaurant and the best and most friendly service you will ever find.

Our room on the 2nd floor was quiet. Cozy even though it was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Down at the far end of the hall, we didn't get consistent wifi signals, but that was a nice break from the digital world too. This was the best place we stayed in during our 8 days in Ireland and we'd definitely come back here.

We spent a night in Glenlo Abbey and we are glad that we did, the hotel is beautiful. Set within the grounds of their golf course you are surrounded by greenery. Inside the hotel is lavishly decorated whilst retaining a cosy feel. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food served in the Fine Dining Pullman restaurant was different and tasty

Amazing restaurant and beautiful castle. A gem of architecture, the bar made like a galleon was superb. The meal was excellent and the staff attentive. If there was one issue the sound travels between the bedrooms clearly as we heard snoring from another room all night.
I'd certainly recommend this hotel and will return in future.

The location was excellent, just right around the corner from the bus station and very close to the centre.
To be honest, theres so many good things to say about the place. Very tidy and clean, and a really nice vibe. Free breakfaat in the morning - continental. Free tea an coffee. Kitchen had everything you need.
Highly recommend and my four night stay was very good value.

Hotel is ideally situated to avoid city centre traffic, free parking and an easy 25 min walk to all attractions or a taxi. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We ate in the bar/restaurant both nights and the food was excellent as were the breakfast. Will definitely stay again when we return to Galway
