"We loved the enchantment for its special look and location. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few minor flaws that might need some fixing (bed lamp and curtain broken and a missing TV remote) but the responses of Stays York were quick and helpful. We couldn't manage to get the fire DVD working but everything else was just fine. We would definitely recommend this location for a stay in York."
