"Great hotel in an excellent location. I particularly loved the decor. Our room was lovely, quiet and clean with a great bathroom. We went to the spa on Sunday which was beautiful done, not busy and well maintained. Exeter is a great city and this hotel is in the perfect location to explore."

"Great location! Room was a very nice size and quite comfortable. Vintage room had lots of character as well as the entire hotel. We stayed for the breakfast and it was quite good, fresh pastries were amazing. The hotel staff did excellent considering they were obviously understaffed for the morning rush!"

"The hotel was in a good place, not too far from the town centre and also easy to get back onto the M5. It was also good having the free car park with ample spaces. The staff were helpful. The only downfall the mattresses are very soft and when there are 2 of you in bed you both end up rolling into the middle together. The walls are quite thin and we could hear someone in the next room plugging something in and unplugging it again."
