"Amazingly clean and comfortable, especially nice to sit in the kitchen by the Aga and play games. Loads of space for all the family to spread out and be together and possibly one of the best properties for dogs that we've been to; especially the garden - perfect for whippet zoomies! Victoria was on hand and very helpful whenever we needed. We will definitely consider coming back again!"

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"The Barn was beautiful, appealing and very spacious in a quiet area which was ideal for exploring the local area and seeing places like Blenheim Palace. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very well equipped kitchen and we managed very well even with covid restrictions. The hob could be a bit tricky but Rosemary was very quick to help. It really was a home from home and there was plenty of wildlife to watch. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the...
