"Room smelt like pet urine upon arrival place is old probably getting worn extreme smell of cannabis outside building again had to return home to get different inhaler medication dark stains on carpet and something always seems to break think I'm going stay clear from now on"

"Stayed for business, very good indeed and made a nice change from the traditional chains. WiFi worked great, shower was great, staff very friendly, room had some nice lighting touches. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient was the renewal of parking each day. Stayed for 3 nights but can only pay / book every 24 hours which either means you have to remember each day and / or watch the times. Arrived at 4pm, paid for 24 hours but then had to renew the following morning first thing as I wouldn’t have been back to the hotel in time later in the day. Would be far more convenient to be able to pay for the full duration up front, one less thing to worry about but overall that’s a minor thing, especially if you remember to do it!"

"Helpful pleasant staff. Clean comfortable but fairly basic amenities in the room. Kettle only travel size, no decaff tea or coffee. Pillow too high /plump for my comfort.No hair dryer. No plug for handbasin which I found too small. Towel rail too high and very flimsy, buckled when I tried to hang towel on it."

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a large groom that was in good repair. Overall the hotel Still looks tired but the staff a friendly and helpful. It was short one night stay and was a good price. Nothing to complain about. The staff at breakfast seemed like they didn’t expect us as not everything was ready but they made sure that we got everything we needed."
