"Lovely hotel, nice big rooms and clean. Staff very friendly. Food in bar and breakfast was excellent. Only gripe was charging a extra £25 pp to use leisure facilities. This is only issue that lets hotel down. Guests shouldn’t be charged extra to use facilities. It was free before 9am or after 5.15pm but this just meant it was way too busy at these times and kinda spoilt experience. "
"Lovely staff good bar for evening relaxation good breakfast / nice comfy bed and wonderful sea view - parking possible on road outside - either close to entrance or a little further when busy"
"Very comfortable, nice to have an onsite restaurant. Great breakfasts. Staff were very accommodating. Nice furnishings in the room - modern bathroom. I left my jacket in the wardrobe and realized 4 days later! I emailed and received a quick response. Housekeeping had it and it was posted to me the next day. Thank you so much!"
"The highlight of our stays, Isallt, was our home away from home. Clean, plenty of supplies - bedding, pillows, toilet paper, and the nice touch of milk, coffee and cookies upon our arrival. A fully stocked kitchen of China, cutlery, pots, etc. staying here may it easy to visit Conwy knowing we had a “home” come to at the end of the day where we can put our feet up, with a great warm shower or bath and privacy we are accustomed to when living at home. Highly recommend this home within the city walls."
"Lovely staff, nice room. Definitely a little warm in the summer, but not unbearable. The restaurant and bar downstairs makes some very tasty traditional food, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It's also only a few steps from the train station, which is a HUGE bonus. I would absolutely stay here again."
"We had the private suit with bunk beds and it was just right for us. The room itself was small but it served its purpose for what we needed - a clean place to sleep and shower, because we were not in the room that much. What we really loved about YHA was the great customer service, the location, the cleanliness and sustainability of the hostel, the big communal area with lots of dining tables, sofas, great views, a bar and kitchen if you wanted to buy something or alternatively the kitchen equipped with everything you can think of if you prefer self catering. The communal area is great to hang out and possibly make friends also."
