Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast. The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired. The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre. Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance. Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking...

We stayed a couple of nights to have a break and see the sights and experience what Llandudno has to offer these days. It's therefore very helpful that the owners are approachable and knowledgeable of the attractions, restaurants and parking. You can also sense from all the small touches to the facilities, breakfast etc that the owners are personally involved and dedicated to ensuring your stay is one you will appreciate.

Very relaxing stay, very comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Renovation going on at the moment but this did not impact on our stay, except that the room we stayed in needed some tlc. I'm sure that the issues we raised with the lovely staff will be attended to. We were offered another room but were happy to stay with the minor issues.

The owners have done a wonderful job in making the hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with every bit of detail. Even the car park and waste bins are immaculate. The breakfasts are cooked and presented in a style that could compete with a Michelin chef. Easy walking distance to the main town with beautiful sea views. It’s a gem and a credit to the owners. Lovely characterful inn, welcoming and friendly saff, great food both in the evening and breakfast

We (2 couples) stayed in Ty'n Rhos Country House for the Easter weekend and decided to also stay for dinner 2 out of 3 nights. We were amazed by the comfort, service, and quality. The location was great, an easy drive to the nearby castles, Snowdon railway, and other historical sites. We took the train from London to Bangor and hired a car there. Hotel staff went over and above to cater for all our needs (e.g. finding car rental, food allergies). Even though we weren't lucky with the weather...

My husband booked 3 nights here as a birthday treat - and it exceeded my expectations. Both our bedroom and the public spaces were lovely, the food was excellent and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed.

The property was in a beautiful and hidden location. It had everything you need for a few nights stay, even an iron (which we had brought with us). Lovely and relaxing place to stay. Only negative I have was the play area for the children. My toddler couldn’t access the small playground. So maybe that needs developing but she did enjoy the walks and streams! I would go there again without a thought.
